Transparent Management

KORENS carries out monthly meetings for all employees to report on management results and share our vision, and we provide a transparent platform for sharing all of our results, including the status of production, quality, and safety.

In addition, in order to share these results with the employees whose efforts have made them possible, we are taking the lead in helping all our employees to grow together with the company with activities that include presenting a monthly “KORENS Employee of the Month” award.
We will continue these activities in order to achieve clean and transparent management and work together so that all of our employees can share in the results we achieve so that we can move toward a brighter future.
